Who can afford to pay the gap fee: Our limited bulk billing spots are reserved for those who genuinely cannot afford out-of-pocket costs.

What is Bulk Billing?

free psychology sessions - bulk billing therapy

To access bulk billing, you must be eligible for Medicare and have a valid referral from a GP (or in some cases, a psychiatrist). Your GP will provide a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) or a referral letter, which outlines your need for psychological services.

In simple terms, we manage your Medicare payments, you do not pay anything.

Bulk billing is a payment option available under the Medicare system that allows psychologists to bill Medicare directly for your sessions. This means that eligible clients can access medical or mental health care without having to pay out-of-pocket costs (also known as a “gap fee”).
